Lentic has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing and executing large-scale renewable energy and sustainability projects. At an RNG start-up, they oversaw the long-term operation of seven clusters comprising up to 54 dairy digesters. These projects, representing nearly $400 million in construction costs, produced over 32,100 scfm of biomethane daily, injected into utility pipelines. The design work focused on sustainable operations, with meticulous attention to compression calculations to enhance air quality by efficiently managing methane destruction, equivalent to 80,250 mm Btu/day.

In Lentic’s role with a Fortune 100 food company, we planned and executed sustainability and energy-saving projects across nine manufacturing facilities. Our efforts included upgrading energy consumption systems, reducing compressed air pressure, converting to low-demand lighting, and smoothing power frequency to reduce demand cycling. We developed and implemented a real-time power monitoring system for each plant, allowing corporate oversight of energy consumption and contributing to significant energy savings and operational efficiency.

Lentic’s experience extends to the food manufacturing sector, where we managed multiple high-impact projects. For a Fortune 1000 manufacturer, we completed the specification and installation of a 300HP boiler, a 450-gallon deaerator, and redesigned the condensate return loop to support a major process change. At another Fortune 1000 food manufacturer, Lentic was the project manager for installing a complete cottage cheese processing line, increasing production capacity by 35,000 gallons of skim milk per week. Additionally, at a Fortune 500 food manufacturer, we managed the construction of a 40,000-square-foot addition and a 1.5-million-gallon anaerobic digesting wastewater treatment plant, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations and enhancing production capabilities with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
